We were a new build with JS Robinson and Rolling Meadows was assigned to us as landscape (we didn't have a choice). We had difficulty with communication throughout the project and followup, but the final product was good.

I was having a lot of drainage problems in my backyard. Matt came out to assess the problem and recommended a good cost-effective solution. The Rolling Meadows team did a terrific job from initial contact on the bid all the way through to final cleanup of the job site. They even seeded over the work area without me asking.

Follow up with clients needs to be better. Communication with estimates. Local business I'm about supporting local, but being a family business I'm shocked they do not treat the employees better. That loyalty means nothing and hiring new person and taking away from another employee to make the new one happy is not ok. I will not spend my money or send my friends family or business this way. Owners should be taking care of the people who take care of their business. Do better. If you support my blogs and my groups. This is an honest review and one with proof. I wouldn't leave bad if it were not true.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very satisfied with the recommendations they've made over the three years I've shopped here. The selection includes first-choice varieties that grow best here in Kansas. Plants are healthy and always pest-free--you won't find slugs hiding in anything you bring home from here. Pricing is fair. Appreciably higher quality plants than Lowe's and Home Depot.
